Product Introduction
The RF-1000 UHV GIS Integrated Gas Handling System is designed and manufactured by our company. It adopts the design concept of “integrated host • split modules • intelligent IoT”, focusing on solving the on-site installation, maintenance, and emergency repair work of 1000kV ultra-high voltage GIS. It mainly consists of an ultra-high voltage GIS whole-process gas service treatment integrated control host, a front – end vacuum pumping device, a front – end gas charging device, a front – end recovery device, an external sulfur hexafluoride storage tank, a switch pressure identification device, and an on – site operation digital management and control system. The machine is designed and manufactured with a modular combination, featuring a compact and reasonable structure, a beautiful and generous appearance, simple and clear operation, and convenient use and maintenance. Its functions include vacuum pumping, gas recovery, gas charging, pressure – charging storage tanks, filling gas cylinders, etc. for ultra-high voltage GIS sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment. The UHV GIS Integrated Gas Handling System adopts integrated intelligent control, which can realize the one – key operation function on the touch screen and the real – time interconnection of recovery, gas charging, and vacuum pumping data. The data is sent to the ultra-high voltage intelligent management and control platform through the Internet of Things for processing.
Main Features

5. The RF-1000 UHV GIS Integrated Gas Handling System adopts a digital management and control system, equipped with a wireless transmission module, realizing the linkage control between the host and front – end equipment and the real – time transmission of operation parameters. It has the functions of self – walking and self – loading and unloading, and has the ability of electric – driven walking and transfer operation and self – loading and unloading.

7. The recovery and gas charging pipelines are separated, without cross – contamination, and both can filter impurities such as moisture, oil, and dust in the gas.
8. The 40L gas cylinders are automatically flipped, four cylinders in a group, with two groups in total, which can be used alternately without interruption.
9. The RF-1000 UHV GIS Integrated Gas Handling System uses electronic weighing equipment to measure the recovery and gas charging amounts.
10. The gas charging pipeline is equipped with a residual gas recovery compressor to reduce the gas residue in the gas cylinder.
11. The power supply is centrally supplied and has the function of automatic phase – sequence conversion.
12. The host data of the RF-1000 UHV GIS Integrated Gas Handling System can transmit the gas charging, recovery, and vacuum pumping data to the ultra – high voltage intelligent platform in real – time.
