Product Introduction

The NA-1⁺ Portable Hydrogen Leak Detector adopts a dual-sensor detection mode, featuring dual-range leak detection functions of “high sensitivity in small range” and “high accuracy in large range”, and also has functions such as real-time display of measurement results and parameter storage. When the gas concentration in the measured environment reaches or exceeds the preset alarm limit, it will alarm immediately. The instrument can be applied to the leakage detection of hydrogen-cooled generator units in power plants, hydrogen production stations, and hydrogen transmission pipelines. The instrument has obtained the national intrinsic safety certification for explosion-proof products, and the explosion-proof mark is Ex ib IIC T3 Gb. The design structure of the instrument complies with the standards of GB/T 3836.1－2021 “Explosive atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment – General requirements” and GB/T 3836.4－2021 “Explosive atmospheres – Part 4: Equipment protected by intrinsic safety ‘i'”. It is applicable to Zone 1 and Zone 2, places containing explosive gas mixtures of Class IIA~IIC and T1~T3. It has passed the inspection by the National Quality Inspection Center for Explosion-proof Electrical Products and obtained the explosion-proof certificate.

Main Features

1. The NA-1⁺ Portable Hydrogen Leak Detector has functions of automatic zero point correction, peak value detection, data hold, fast response, and fast zero return.

2. It is powered by a large-capacity lithium battery, with battery power detection and under-voltage prompt functions.

3. The NA-1⁺ Portable Hydrogen Leak Detector uses dual sensors, which can measure trace amounts of hydrogen in ppm level and hydrogen leakage within the lowest explosive limit, and the measurement is automatically switched.

4. It has a segment code LCD display, and auxiliary alarm threshold LED display (10ppm, 100ppm, 1000ppm, 1%vol).

5. The NA-1⁺ Portable Hydrogen Leak Detector has two alarm modes of sound and light, can be manually silenced, and emits alarm sounds of different frequencies under different alarm conditions.

6. The user password can be modified, which is convenient for user operation protection.
