The RF-MG24 SF6 Insulating Gas Mixing and Filling System is a multi-functional, high-flow, and high-precision gas mixing and filling equipment for electrical equipment. The device adopts a modular design, which is easy to integrate, and various modules can be combined to meet different on-site operation requirements. It is suitable for the type tests of primary equipment in switch factories, the source gas preparation, gas supplementing, and filling operations of SF₆/N₂, SF₆/CF₄ and other mixed gases for new equipment/overhaul handover and daily maintenance in substations.
Main Features
1. The concentration of the mixed gas output by the RF-MG24 SF6 Insulating Gas Mixing and Filling System can be set arbitrarily, and it can configure two gases with known concentrations, such as SF₆/N₂, SF₆/CF₄ and other gases.
2. Automatically pressurize the mixed gas, and achieve fast, accurate, and stable filling operations for electrical equipment through pressure detection and intelligent control.
3. When the concentration of the mixed gas in the electrical equipment deviates from the rated value and needs to be adjusted, the RF-MG24 SF6 Insulating Gas Mixing and Filling System can automatically calculate the required gas supplement concentration according to the current concentration and pressure in the gas chamber, as well as the target concentration and pressure.
4. Automatically mix gas for gas supplementing operations, and evacuate the working pipeline of the device.
