Product Introduction

The JCQK Integrated Hydrogen Control Unit realizes the conversion and control of processes such as generator gas replacement, hydrogen charging, hydrogen replenishment, and hydrogen discharge, maintaining the hydrogen pressure inside the generator within the rated hydrogen pressure range and conducting on – line monitoring of the generator’s hydrogen parameters. It adopts a cabinet – type or open – type design. The main components, including a positive – pressure explosion – proof power distribution cabinet, hydrogen pressure regulator, pressure transmitter, differential pressure transmitter, pressure switch, hydrogen mass flow meter, hydrogen filter, air filter, safety valve, hydrogen purity, humidity, oxygen – in – hydrogen, hydrogen leakage monitoring and analysis instruments, hydrogen valves, gas pipelines, etc., are integrated into one cabinet, facilitating installation, use, and maintenance and ensuring the safe operation of the generator.

Main Features

1. The JCQK Integrated Hydrogen Control Unit can automatically replenish hydrogen during the normal operation of the generator, and can record the cumulative and instantaneous amounts of hydrogen replenishment into the generator in real – time.

2. The equipment is equipped with two pressure – regulating valves to meet the safety and continuous operation requirements of the generator’s hydrogen replenishment amount.

3. The JCQK Integrated Hydrogen Control Unit can monitor the hydrogen pressure inside the generator, hydrogen purity, and hydrogen source pressure in real – time, send the data to the DCS, and provide alarm information simultaneously.

4. The equipment enables single – person operation of the generator gas replacement work.

5. During the generator gas replacement process, it can monitor the carbon dioxide and hydrogen purity. At the same time, during the normal operation of the generator, it can monitor the oxygen purity inside the generator in real – time.

6. The JCQK Integrated Hydrogen Control Unit is equipped with a safety valve at the connection with the hydrogen source. When the hydrogen source pressure is too high, it will automatically discharge to the power plant’s total hydrogen discharge pipeline through the device’s vent, ensuring the stability of the hydrogen source and the safety of the plant area.
