Product Introduction

The RFG-1001 mobile SF6 gas service workstation has comprehensive SF6 operation capabilities, including pre – recovery, vacuum – pumping, and gas – filling functions, as well as SF6 purification, regeneration, storage, and detection functions. It can remotely monitor the equipment operation in the control room, comprehensively improving the mechanization, automation, and intelligence levels of SF6 gas operations during the installation and maintenance of GIS and GIL. It meets the target requirements of high – quality development of the power grid, “building an upgraded version of UHV power transmission”, “improving the emergency equipment level of the power grid”, and “digital control of SF6 gas”, and responds to the national call for climate actions of carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060.

Main Features

1. The mobile SF6 gas service workstation has functions of high – power recovery, high – quality purification, large – capacity storage, high – flow gas – filling, and high – speed vacuum – pumping.

2. The pre – equipment area is equipped with pre – recovery, vacuum – pumping, and uninterrupted gas – filling equipment. The pre – equipment adopts high – power recovery and vacuum – pumping technologies, operating near the switch body to improve the efficiency of SF6 operations.

3. The SF6 storage area of the mobile SF6 gas service workstation is equipped with 6 storage tanks, which can perform storage and high – flow pressure – regulating gas – filling operations.

4. The SF6 comprehensive operation area is equipped with deep – purification treatment equipment and analysis and detection instruments to achieve SF6 gas purification, regeneration treatment, and quality detection.

5. The auxiliary equipment area is equipped with pre – equipment cables, gas – filling pipeline reels, and transportation tools.

6. The control room of the mobile SF6 gas service workstation is equipped with a digital control system, realizing digital and visual remote operations in the control room, as well as real – time transmission of workstation operation parameters.

7. Living facilities are configured for meetings and rest.
