Product Introduction

The RF-151 medium SF6 gas recovery cart is mainly used for providing multifunctional comprehensive gas treatment services for SF6 electrical equipment and switch gas chambers. This equipment integrates functions such as vacuum pumping, gas recovery, gas refilling, cylinder pressure filling, and vaporization output. During vacuum pumping, the PLC operation screen instantly displays the change in vacuum degree. During gas recovery, the gas can be recovered into the gas storage tank or an external cylinder. For gas refilling, there are multiple options such as direct filling (direct filling, regulated pressure output) and pressure filling (gas pressure filling, liquid pressure filling). The design and manufacture of the equipment comply with the requirements of the DL/T 662 standard. This device adopts a semi-closed protective structure and modular combined design and manufacture. It has the characteristics of complete functions, stable and reliable quality, convenient maintenance and use, simple operation, and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for SF₆ gas recovery and treatment scenarios under different conditions and is widely used in the power system.

7. It is equipped with an independent storage tank and gas heating system to improve the refilling efficiency.

8. The RF-151 medium SF6 gas recovery cart has an SF₆ liquid filling function. It can fill a 40L cylinder with 50kg of SF6 in (5 – 8) minutes.
