Product Introduction

RH-AQG-III Third-Generation Hydrogen Dryer is highly innovative. It adopts a three – tower structure layout and intelligent control for operation. Its adsorption capacity can flexibly adjust the processing capacity according to the humidity condition of the generator. During normal operation, the three towers alternately perform adsorption and regeneration in the three states of “drying, standby, and regeneration”. When the humidity is too high, the “standby” drying tower can be put into operation at any time to meet the humidity requirements of the generator set under different working conditions. This innovative design effectively solves the problems of the first two generations of products, ensuring that the humidity, purity, and trace oxygen of hydrogen in the generator hydrogen system meet the requirements for efficient operation, and providing a strong guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of hydrogen – cooled generator sets.

Main Features

1. Hydrogen Drying and Humidity Control: RH-AQG-III Third-Generation Hydrogen Dryer is used to intelligently control the hydrogen humidity within the standard required range, which is reliable and efficient.

2. Hydrogen Purification and Refinement: The device using the principle of membrane separation can increase the hydrogen purity to over 99%, reducing wind friction loss, saving energy and increasing efficiency, and ensuring the safe operation of the unit.

3. Three – Tower Adsorption Design: RH-AQG-III Third-Generation Hydrogen Dryer adopts a three – tower adsorption type. One tower adsorbs, one tower regenerates, and one tower is on standby. When a single tower fails, dual – tower operation can still be maintained.

4. Heater Configuration: Each tower is equipped with two independent heaters, one in use and one in standby. They are arranged alternately inside and outside on an integrated bracket and are independently controlled, ensuring reliable and stable operation for 10 years.

5. Advantages of Intelligent Heater: RH-AQG-III Third-Generation Hydrogen Dryer uses an intelligent heater. The star – shaped layout ensures that the temperature inside the drying tower reaches 180°C, improving the regeneration performance of the desiccant. Regeneration can be completed quickly in 4 hours.

6. Status Indicator Lights: It is equipped with status indicator lights that intuitively display the working states of each tower such as “drying”, “standby”, and “regeneration”, and change color with function conversion.

7. Diverse Intelligent Control Modes: There are periodic control, emergency control (super – strong mode), and humidity monitoring control.
